Features the same technical Characteristics as all other models, with a wooden frame box and a metal top hatch manufactured as a complete unit.

 

Custom flashings are required.

 

The external trap door comprises a wood panel covered with galvanised sheet steel.  

 

Additional steps are fitted inside the hatch door frame to ensure safe exiting from the attic ladder.

 

Trap door and external cover has right hand opening.
